PureWhite is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights — including rights under GDPR (EU/UK visitors) and CCPA (California residents).

Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site — collected via cookies and tracking technologies (see Cookies section below).

To comply with our legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
Who we share your data with
We share data only with the third-party service providers necessary to operate our business: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping carriers, email marketing tools, and analytics providers.
Some providers are located outside the EU/EEA. Where applicable, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Retention
Order data is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and then archived in accordance with applicable legal obligations (e.g. accounting records for up to 7 years).
Marketing data is retained for up to 3 years after your last interaction with us.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent for processing.
California residents: under the CCPA you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@purewhiteco.com. EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their national data protection authority.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function, as well as analytics and advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity) that require your consent.
You can manage or refuse non-essential cookies via the cookie banner displayed on your first visit, or through your browser settings.
