Everything you need to know about how and when your PureWhite order will arrive.
Processing & dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery time
Due to very high demand, delivery currently takes approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch.
These are estimated times and may vary depending on your location, carrier, and peak periods.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on orders of 2 boxes or more.
Single-box orders: a flat shipping fee is applied and displayed at checkout before payment.
Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Order Tracking page to follow your delivery in real time.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@purewhiteco.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and find a solution — replacement or full refund.
International orders
We currently ship to the United States. International shipping availability will be announced on our website as we expand.
